How we build it

Stage and wings.

The product is the slide. Everything else is backstage.

Stage

The slide is the only thing worth looking at. Chat, buttons and panels step into the wings the moment the show starts. If a piece of interface is brighter than the slide, it's a bug, and we fix it.

One gesture

One main action per surface: describe, present, share. The rest waits in the dock and doesn't ask for attention.

Quiet

No badges, no statuses, no spare words. State shows through form; motion appears only at thresholds — entering, publishing, presenting.
